Welcome to En Room. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

 

1. About Us

En Room (ABN 68 449 848 054) is an Australian-based online store selling decorative lifestyle and room accessories. Our products are sourced from international suppliers and shipped directly to you from overseas. You can contact us at enroom.store@gmail.com.

 

2. Orders and Payment

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

       All information provided is accurate and complete.

       You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

       You are at least 18 years of age, or purchasing with parental consent.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where a pricing error has occurred. If your order is cancelled before dispatch, your payment will be reversed in full within 5–7 business days.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

 

4. Shipping

Important: Our products are shipped internationally from overseas suppliers directly to your Australian address.

We currently ship to Australian addresses only. Estimated delivery times from date of dispatch are:

       Standard shipping (all Australian locations): 3–6 weeks

We do not currently offer express shipping.

These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to supplier processing, international transit, or Australian customs clearance. Factors outside our control — including public holidays, peak shipping periods, or customs inspections — may extend these timeframes.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please note that international tracking updates may be less frequent than domestic tracking.

En Room is not liable for delays caused by international carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order has not arrived within 8 weeks of dispatch, please contact us at enroom.store@gmail.com so we can investigate.

 

5. Customs and Import

As our products are shipped from overseas, they may be subject to customs inspection upon entry into Australia. We do not charge customs or import duties on top of your order, and for most personal-use purchases below AU$1,000 no import duties apply under Australian customs rules. However, customs processes are outside our control and may add to your delivery time.

In the rare event that a parcel is held by customs, we will assist where we can but cannot guarantee release timeframes.

 

6. Replacements and Remedies

We do not offer cash refunds as a standard remedy. Our primary resolution for eligible issues is to send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

 

Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described items:

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from how it was described, contact us at enroom.store@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the fault or damage. We will assess your claim and respond within 3 business days. Where the claim is valid, we will dispatch a replacement product to you at no charge. You are not required to return the original item.

Change-of-mind:

We do not accept returns or provide replacements for change-of-mind. Please review product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.

Order cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order before dispatch, contact us immediately at enroom.store@gmail.com. If we are able to cancel in time, your payment will be reversed in full. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel it.

Undelivered orders:

If your order has not arrived within 8 weeks of dispatch and tracking confirms it is lost, we will send a replacement at no charge after investigating with our supplier and carrier.

 

7. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure, you are entitled to choose between a replacement or a refund. For a minor failure, we will provide a remedy which will be a replacement product in the first instance. You are also entitled to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the ACL. While our standard remedy is a replacement, we will always comply with our obligations under the ACL.

 

8. Dispute Resolution

We genuinely want every customer to have a great experience. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at enroom.store@gmail.com and give us the opportunity to resolve it directly. We aim to respond to all complaints within 3 business days and reach a fair resolution within 14 business days.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, you may contact the relevant consumer protection body in your state or territory, or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) at accc.gov.au.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the En Room website — including product names, descriptions, images, branding, and copy — is the property of En Room and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, En Room’s liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or website is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in this clause limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
