How do I place an order?

Browse The Collection, select your product, and click Add to Cart. When you’re ready, head to checkout and enter your delivery and payment details. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at enroom.store@gmail.com if you need to make a change or cancel. If your order has already been dispatched we won’t be able to stop it — but once it arrives, contact us and we’ll assess your situation.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide at checkout as soon as your order is placed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We only ship to Australia at this stage.

Where do your products ship from?

Our products are shipped directly from our overseas suppliers in China. They do not ship from within Australia. This allows us to offer a wider product range at accessible prices, but it does mean delivery takes longer than domestic shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery from dispatch typically takes 3–6 weeks to Australian addresses.

This accounts for:

•      Supplier processing and dispatch (usually 2–5 business days)

•      International transit from China to Australia

•      Australian customs clearance

•      Final delivery by the local carrier

Most orders arrive within this window, but please allow up to 8 weeks before contacting us, particularly during peak periods like Chinese public holidays or global shipping surges.

Do you offer express shipping?

We don’t offer express shipping at this time. All orders ship via standard international delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You’ll see the exact cost before you confirm your order — no hidden fees.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please note that international tracking updates can be less frequent than domestic tracking — there may be periods where your parcel appears stationary while in transit. This is normal.

Where are your products sourced?

We work with carefully selected suppliers to bring you quality lifestyle and decor pieces. Our products are sourced internationally and shipped directly to you. We focus on items that genuinely elevate a space, not just fill it.

Are products in stock?

All products listed on the site are available to order. In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we’ll contact you immediately to offer an alternative or, where no suitable alternative exists, a full payment reversal.

I have a complaint — how do I raise it?
